No. Currently OnlineFeast.com only accepts online orders. Don't worry; your information is safe with us. Please check our Privacy Policy.

Yes, once an order is placed, you will get notifications via email on status of your order. Once it's fulfilled, once it's packed, and once it's been shipped out.

You may check your order status online at OnlineFeast.com using My Account. Once logged in, click on My Account/Order History.

Depending on status of the order you may be able to cancel your order. Please contact our customer service or chat with us online.

It generally takes between 1-3 hours for us to process the order, although we will try our best to fulfill your order as soon as possible. You may always use our Rush Order Service if you are in a hurry to receive your order. Sometimes, not being able to verify delivery address or credit card billing address may make processing the order longer.

When an item is out-of-stock, you will not able to able to add it to your shopping cart. We will implement a feature which will enable you to be notified once the item is in stock again

A: The quickest way to find an item is to use the Search box in the upper left corner of the Home Page. Another way is to click on the appropriate category (Fruits, Pantry, Personal Care, etc) to find the item in its subcategory (Apples, Baking, Toothpaste, etc).

Onlinefeast offers a unique flexibility in user registration. It is not mandatory to register to order food online. However, frequent customers can opt to register with Onlinefeast to avoid giving their details every time they make order.

Not al all! You will pay exactly the same price as you would pay to the restaurant directly. If you think we have charged you more for your order, please feel free to send us the details by filling the feedback form. We have many satisfied customers and one of the reasons is that they get all the convenience at the same cost!

In order to utilize the site at its optimal level, you need to become a member. Membership of the site is free and your details are protected by 'opt out' clauses at the end of the form and our Privacy Policy. On this site, every operation is quicker and easier when you are part of the Onlinefeast team. By clicking the ‘Sign In’ link on the left panel of any page, you'll be taken to a simple form where we ask you to provide some general information about yourself. Some of this data is mandatory and some optional. All the questions are directly related to helping enhance your dining experience.

As a member, you can personalize our service to meet your needs and match your preferences to what your restaurants offer. By providing us with all your relevant information on your dining requirements, you make your usage of the site easier every time you return. Restaurants will have the opportunity to contact you directly and understand your dining preferences without you needing to repeat the process every time you make a order.

Once you have chosen your Username and Password, the next time you enter the site and enter these details, you will be taken directly to your 'My Onlinefeast' page. This is a great place to create your personalized dining profiles: from your list of Favorite Restaurants, to Adding Ratings to Changing Your Personal Details. You can also check your frequent diner details review our Partner promotions and access the order page of your favourite restaurant directly.

You may make a order on the system essentially in three different ways.
First, if you want to search for a particular restaurant, simply choose the restaurant by entering its name in the quick search box on the right panel of the main page. Proceed to order details, choose the date, time, and number of diners and send this information.
Second, if you are looking for a type of cuisine, use the quick search. Select the categories of your choice and press search. A list of restaurants will appear. Select the restaurant that suits you and confirm your booking by pressing on order button.
Finally, the most advanced feature of the site may be found in the customized area of 'My account'. Just select the restaurant from your pre-defined list and check the details. Click on the order button and your order is made. You will receive an e-mail of the booking details.

There are essentially two types of order acknowledgements. The First identifies that the order request has been received by Onlinefeast and has successfully been delivered to the restaurant by fax or email. Be sure to check your email in a few minutes to verify that the restaurant has received your order request and expect a call from the restaurant shortly thereafter.

The Second is a confirmed acknowledgement, which means that your request has been accepted and the restaurant is expecting you and your dining members to arrive at the requested time.

No. It is not necessary to take a printout of the ordered form. you can just provide the order number at the time of delivery.If you have print out, you can take print out and produce it at the time of delivery. A copy of the order number will be sent to you by e-mail. If you don't have a printer at the time of booking, the e-mail can be printed later and the same may be produced at the time of delivery.

If you have not received the order number through e-mail, please contact one of the Onlinefeast executives at anytime by phone or email.

I don't have a credit card. Can I still buy a order? Sure you can. You can call us and book your order over the phone.

When you make a booking through toptable you will always receive a confirmation email of the details of your booking which you can email your guests or friends and you can even print out the confirmation with all the details to take with you. Although don't worry if you don't fancy doing this as your selected restaurant will have your order already.

Our powerful Onlinefeast Online Food Ordering Engine allows you to receive orders in many different ways including: Email, Text Messaging, Fax, or Print. It is your choice of where you would like to receive your orders. The orders are easy-to-read and easy for your staff to fill. If you wish, we can also send the orders to your email address. If you choose faxing, then the only thing required is for you to have a fax machine. If you choose text messaging (not recommended alone but in conjunction with another method), then you would need to have a cell phone with a text messaging plan. If you choose email or print, then you would need to have a computer with constant internet access. The print method further requires that you have a printer to print the orders on. You may print to up to 3 printers simultaneously if desired (for example: kitchen, prep-station, and host stand.)
